Overview
WorkPulse helps organizations track active work time, task progress, and desktop activity during explicit tracking sessions. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices available to employees and administrators.
Data we collect
- Account identity from Asana OAuth (name, email, workspace identity).
- Tracking sessions, activity samples, application/window metadata, and screenshots while sessions run.
- Task and estimate data linked to Asana/Clockify integrations configured by your organization.
- Audit, consent, and feedback records required for governance and product improvement.
How we use data
We process data to provide time tracking, estimate governance, reporting, and administrative controls for the organization that deployed WorkPulse. We do not sell employee monitoring data.
Retention
Organizations can configure screenshot retention periods. Older screenshots may be deleted automatically when retention policies are enabled.
Your choices
Employees must review the in-app tracking notice before using My WorkPulse. Tracking starts only when a session is active in the desktop agent.
