WorkPulse onboarding
A practical rollout checklist for the first standalone WorkPulse deployment.
1. Purchase and create your workspace
Choose a plan on /pricing, complete Stripe checkout (Pro) or signup (Starter), verify your email, then sign in to WorkPulse.
2. Connect integrations
Connect Asana from Organization settings (optional OAuth) and bootstrap Clockify, OneDrive, Teams, or email settings.
3. Configure tracking policy
Set screenshot interval, idle threshold, preview behavior, and retention days under Organization → Governance settings.
4. Roll out the desktop agent
Share the installer URL, have employees approve device pairing at /app/agent-connect, and complete the employee tracking notice.
5. Pilot with a small team
Validate sessions, estimate approvals, and reporting in WorkPulse admin before company-wide rollout.
6. Collect beta feedback
Use the in-app Feedback page so early customers can report issues directly to the product team.
